Items purchased online can be returned to the Goldens Pharmacy store for a refund within 14 days of delivery. All refunds will be via card only, no cash refunds will be provided. Items returned must be as new, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. All returns to the store must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order.

It is recommended that all items are returned via recorded delivery as no responsibility can be accepted for items that are lost in transit.
Please allow 2-3 For Irish Deliveries and 5-6 for UK Deliveries.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Golden’s will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
